Create videos. According to Cisco, video accounted for 64 percent of consumer internet traffic in 2014, and it is expected to grow to 80 percent by 2019.[4] Video is so popular because it's engaging and allows people to get information and entertainment that’s easy to digest. With so much information available at their fingertips, most people want to get their content quickly and move on. Produce creative videos that educate your customers about your products. Keep the videos relevant to your audience. Also, promote your videos across several social media channels.[5]
These mega-sites make it easy to set up shop so customers can browse your products, and there's no need to build your own website. Also, you’ll find a built-in search feature so that interested buyers can easily find your online storefront. Plus, you get to use the site's shopping cart. In short, you avoid a lot of the expense and hassle of setting up an independent e-commerce website.
However, if you are looking to make money via Mechanical Turk, its easy to sign up and get started working.  You likely won't make a ton of money doing these simple tasks that often only pay 10 cents or so, but it could be an easy way to save up some money to start a business.  (I discussed saving up to start a business recently as a great way to go).

Amazon spends millions of dollars on improving the way they get people to convert. The fact that they provide a custom user experience for every person that goes to Amazon.com based on the buying behavior and viewing patterns tells me they know what it takes to close a sale. Some of the best closing advice I can give is to simply find ways to get your visitors onto the Amazon.com webpage and they’ll take care of the rest.

Eimimo is the site I was happily to introduce to my followers as it promised to offer a lucrative $10 upon registration, and every time you refer a new member, you get paid 25 cents according to its site statement. I have referred hundreds of members to this site and I was happy about that. The only drawback of this site is the requirement to read $5 worth of emails yourself before you can ask for any payment, and it took me one and half year to read enough emails to accummulate $4.

Harris Poll Online is another legit survey site that pays people to complete surveys. When you join Harris Poll Online (it’s free to join), you’ll fill out a profile.  Harris Poll Online shares information about you to other companies. This helps companies get surveys from people with coordinating interests. FYI, the information you share is secure and never sold to third parties.

Thank you so much for this great article, it was very helpful, you definitely have a lot of information here. I own a business, so I work quite a bit, but I really need something else to help me sustain, especially though the winter months because it’s mainly a seasonal business. I’m curious, when you first started, how did you find something that worked for you? I know it will take a lot of hard work, and that’s fine with me, but I get discouraged signing up for a lot of these sites and only making 10 cents on the 4 or 5 surveys or videos, or whatever they have to offer, then there’s nothing left. I’ll spend an hour getting signed up for these sites, then it only nets a dollar or something and it will say I have to wait for new work. And I know it takes time to build up, but what can I do or where can I go to see some real traction online? I’m working on building an O Desk profile too.
VIPKID provides an international learning experience to children in China between the ages 4-12. Headquartered in Beijing, the company offers fully immersive one-on-one English language instruction provided online by highly qualified teachers. The curriculum is based on the U.S. Common Core State Standards and uses a flipped-classroom approach to foster creativity and critical thinking skills.
While some might think that starting a blog is an arduous effort, when you understand the precise steps you need to take, it becomes far easier. It all starts in the decision of choosing a profitable niche and picking the right domain name. From there, you need to build your offers. You can easily sell things like mini-email courses, full-blown trainings, ebooks, and so on.
Prior to that group, they had an online community for teachers looking for lesson plans. That probably sounds pretty random, but it's crazy the type of communities you can build and rally people around. If it's something that you're passionate about yourself and you want to connect with others that have that same passion, then an online community is something you should definitely consider.
The article never mentioned that with World of Warcraft, you dont actually own your account or the items and characters on it. They are Blizzard's property and selling accounts is not allowed and against their terms of service. Im not against selling accounts. People put a lot of time and work into their characters. But I think a responsible writer should have mentioned this fact. They also failed to mention there are a lot of scams out there to steal these accounts. They use stolen paypal accounts to pay for your account and when the theft is discovered you loose the money and they still get your account. The only way to insure you dont get ripped off is to make the transaction face to face.

If you have a propensity for writing and you can slay with your prose, consider writing an ebook. While the market has certainly become saturated as of late, books that help teach people about a technical topic still sell extremely well. This is a great source of passive income but does require a large amount of effort at the outset before any money is generated.
Having been sucked into some scams myself in the past, I know how difficult it can be to find real ways to make money online fast. Thus, I’ve compiled this list. Some ways require knowledge of certain skills, but all these skills can be learned. If you don’t know where to start, I suggest picking one of these ways and learning more about it, then trying it out!
Domain name trading has been around for the last couple decades, and while most slam-dunk names have long been sold off, there’s still plenty of others that you can get your hands on for relatively cheap and broker as a way to make money online. Before you dive in, however, beware that some experts doubt the long-term viability of this idea for making money online. However, there’s always the change you might just land on a lucrative domain name for a future billion-dollar company. To get you started, here are some tips from GoDaddy, arguably the world’s largest and most famous repository of domain names.

21. Facebook – Facebook swap shops are great for selling things locally. It’s like CraigsList, but a little easier. You simply search for swap shops in your area and ask to join the group. Once you’re in, take a picture of the item, write a quick description with the price and post it. It doesn’t get much easier than that. You can generally expect to get about what you would get at a yard sale, maybe a little more.
Update: I used to recommend carousel style Amazon ads, but they don’t exist anymore. When I used them they converted about 3 times better than static style Amazon banner ads. I suggest using Native Shopping Ads instead which is essentially a replacement to the carousel style ads but allows for greater flexibility. You can display products by recommendation from the content, by search or with other options. Here is what the a Native Shopping Ad looks like for the keyword search “Chris Guthrie” Amazon displays the Kindle books I’ve written:
Thanks for all the great info. I have had some moderate success with amazon before, but nothing of that magnitude. The best selling lists have works for me, as well as creating a ‘recommended’ list or ‘library’ full of interesting products, although I have always found its better to actually be interesting in the recommendations rather than just plugging anything.
Hey, i loved the article. i have a bad back, and mental disorders that prevent me from working a taxing job in retail or something like that. I am in between jobs right now and i found this site called InfiniteWorkers. it is based out of the UK, but they pay you in USD to do small tasks. im not making enough to fully support myself but the extra cash does help a lot :) i hope this helps you guys!
#9 – Pawn Shops – If your credit is simply not good enough for you to get a “normal” loan and you don't have a co-signer to help you out, a pawn shop could be an option. Pawn shops will give you cash right away for your valuables (jewelry, firearms, electronics, etc.), and they don't bother to check credit. You'll have to pay back what you were given plus some pretty excessive interest. If you don't pay it back, you've lost your item forever.
#3 – Facebook groups – I think we have all seen the Facebook local “yard sale” groups where people post used clothes, electronics, exercise equipment, vehicles, and all kinds of other things to sell. Join a group like this if you're not already in it and post something you know others might want. If it's an attractive item accompanied by a good picture with an equally attractive price, there's a great chance you'll get a local buyer the same day you post your pics.
You don’t necessarily need a website to display Adsense ads. There are forums and Q&A websites that will allow you to put up your own Adsense ads. This can be risky because Google has strict terms of service and will ban your Adsense account for even the smallest infraction. This risk can be reduced on your own site because you’re in 100% control. But on someone else’s site you have less control.

#7 – Donate your plasma – You've probably seen this option before and thought, “No, I'm not doing that.” But it's something to seriously consider. Most plasma centers will let you donate twice a week, and you can earn anywhere from $20 to $50 each time you do it. You are not paid for your plasma, but rather the time it takes to give your donation. Some centers will even pay you referral fees if you refer your friends to donate.

This is an interesting way of earning money as your opinion counts, literally! You get to give your opinion on music tracks and count your money twice a week, every Tuesday and Friday via Paypal. I've personally cashed out several times on Thursday and my funds were in my account the next day. A track is sent to you on a daily basis and you give feedback as to whether it is a hit or a miss. You also get to increase your earnings by referring friends to Slice the Pie, yes, the pie is too big for you to enjoy alone. Through their reviews, you get to earn bonuses. Well I have tried to do some things on line to make money and nothing has worked so far. I even payd for a money making software and created awebsite all for nothing. But now I’ve joined a very fast growing finansial network and I’m one of more than 20 milion people in it. What is it? Well it is a finansial piramid that pays you 20-75% in a month for your deposits. Some might say it is imposible but the piramid exists over a year now and there is not even one complain. Everyone Gets Paid everything. It is not a fraud. Yes it involves risk but what does not? I am willing to take the risk ar you?

Great article, I have tried a few over the years. I had a side business cleaning offices for years. It did great, but I hated never being able to take more than 3-4 days vacation, so I eventually gave up. I tried MTurk, but if you multiplied my earnings on an hourly basis, it was a little over $6/hr. My blog is much worse, probably less than $0.25/hr.
The Amazon Trade-In program doesn’t offer cash, but they do pay you in gift cards for select used books, video games and electronics. One thing I really like as an Amazon customer is that they will let me know when something I have bought on Amazon has a trade-in value. On the day I wrote this post, I was able to trade-in one of my books for $6.04. And I did! I was done with the book. It wasn’t one I took notes in. I shop on Amazon a lot. I can use that store credit.

Podcasting is a unique skill I must admit, but the results are, well, they’re good. Midroll claims that 61% of listeners made a purchase after listening to an advert, so it’s no wonder that their customers are pretty world class (Dunkin’ Donuts, HBO, Squarespace, etc). If you’re not much of writer but you’re not exactly shy either, podcasting could be for you.
